Where can you find a reasonably priced chaise lounge?
I have looked high and low (and yes, ebay) for a sleek classic looking chaise lounge in the $200 price range, and am having no luck.

check out IKEA!
If you can sew you can look at consignment shops and reupholster one yourself. Fabric shops (even Walmart) have material on clearance. You may not even have to sew, depending on the frame of the chaise, you can use heavy duty staples. This should be a lot less than $200.00.
I am not sure where you live but Dockside Imports (i am in Florida) has inexpensive lounges. I would also check out a website called www.freecycle.org. It basically a consignment website that is in every town and city around the US. Check it out. Everything on it is given by others in your area for free. Good luck!
